Posters and Welcome Reception:
Monday, August 13th 6:30-8:30pm Moss Art Center
Posters have to be dropped of at the registration desk no later than noon that day.

Excursions:
Wednesday, August 15 th 12:00- 7:00pm
(Please note, you must have registered for these excursions during the registration process).

1) Blue Ridge Parkway:

• 1:00 pm: Leave
• 2:00-2:45 pm: Overlook
• 3:00-4:00 pm: Vist Mabry Mill
• 4:15-5:30 pm: Concert at Floyd Fest grounds
• 6:00-6:30 pm: Overlook 2
• 7:00-8:00 pm: Wine tasting at Chateau Morrisette
• 8:00-10:00 pm: Conference Dinner

2) The Cascades:

• 12:00 pm: Leave
• 1:00-4:00 pm: Hike
• 4:00-5:00 pm Return to Blacksburg
• 5:45: Bus departs for Chateau Morrisette
• 7:00-8:00 pm: Wine tasting at Chateau Morrisette
• 8:00-10:00 pm: Conference Dinner

Conference Dinner:
Wednesday, August 15 th 8:00-10:00pm: Chateau Morrisette
If you did not go an an excursion, the bus leaves for the conference dinner at 5:45 pm.
